Welcome to the International Society for Molecular Neurodegeneration (ISMND)’s job posting platform. By using these services, you enter into a binding agreement with ISMND. These Terms govern your use of the Jobs Services, including postings on ISMND’s sites and third-party properties.
1. Agreement
In addition to ISMND’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, these Terms apply to the Jobs Services. If you use the Jobs Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
2. Jobs Services
ISMND helps you reach candidates for job opportunities. You are responsible for the content you submit (“Postings”) and where they direct applicants (“Destinations”). Sponsored Jobs can be upgraded for an additional fee. You may not resell or transfer your access to the Jobs Services.
Postings must only be for a single job opportunity, and you cannot:
- Post misleading or misrepresentative content.
- Solicit applications for commission-based or nontraditional jobs without disclosure.
- Spam or harass applicants.
- Post jobs that violate laws.
ISMND reserves the right to modify or remove any Postings and suspend access to Jobs Services at its discretion.
3. Fees & Payment
You agree to pay the rates and any applicable taxes for Jobs Services. Payments are non-refundable, and late payments may incur interest. You may submit a claim for a credit within 90 days if you suspect invalid activity.
4. Intellectual Property & Privacy
You grant ISMND a license to use your Postings for Jobs Services for the term of the agreement. You also warrant that you have the necessary rights to your Postings. ISMND may use your feedback for any purpose without compensation.
You agree to protect Jobs Services Data and use it only for performance assessment, not for resale or transfer to third parties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ISMND disclaims any warranty on the accuracy of candidate information, posting targeting, or job results.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ISMND for any damages or legal costs arising from your Postings or use of Jobs Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
ISMND’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the month before the liability arises, excluding claims related to fraud, negligence, or intellectual property violations.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms may change, and changes are effective once notified. You agree to follow applicable laws, and disputes will be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
