ISMND NextGen 2023:
Molecular and Cellular Mechanisms of Neurodegenerative Diseases

We, ISMND, the Organizers, are thrilled that you will be presenting at the ISMND NextGen 2023: Molecular and Cellular Mechanisms of Neurodegenerative Diseases conference, specifically tailored to provide opportunities for trainees and early-career investigators to showcase their work.
The sessions at this conference will be recorded live, or in some cases prerecorded prior to the conference, and will thereafter be made available for access and/or distribution post-conference. Recordings will contain slides, audio, videos, Q&A, panel discussions, text, and photographs etc.
As a speaker and/or moderator and/or panelist in one or more of the sessions, we are requesting your permission to record all your presentations and contributions at the conference (together, the ‘Presentations’). By signing this form below, you acknowledge, agree, and consent that:
- You have full right, interest, and authority: (1) regarding the Presentations and their content, (2), to grant the Organizers all the rights so granted hereunder, and neither the Presentations nor their content breached the copyright of any third party.
- The conference Organizers is authorized to record all the Presentations, in any format in any manner, in their absolute discretion.
- The presentations may be broadcast live or later broadcasted via the internet or any other media, including YouTube and Vimeo, operated by the conference Organizers, ISMND.
- The Organizers, ISMND, may reproduce, publish, broadcast, distribute, translate and otherwise display the Presentations or any part, all on a royalty-free, everlasting, final nonexclusive basis.
- The undersigned shall immediately inform the Organizers, ISMND, if they become privy to any content-related issues (mistakes in the accuracy of the information, accidental disclosure, copyright clearance issues etc.).
The Organizers understand that some slides within the Presentation may include confidential data that may not be reproduced by the Organizers. If this is the case, you must send us a written request, in the form of an email, to the ISMND administrative team within 1 week after the start of the conference. The email should include a copy of your presentation and highlight the individual slides that contain said confidential information. The Organizers will remove such slides from any subsequent distribution or broadcast of the Presentations upon receipt of your email.
